All of the land the Charity manages needs rent reviews shortly including the small plots of land at Duddon. One of these fields became waterLogged and not rentable. Since then the waterlogging has disappeared making the field dry and rentable. The Charity was also able to gain control of the field when the previous tenant passed away. The Trustees had to expend considerabLe monies obtaining valuations of this field and time assessing best solutions whether to sell or let. These issues now seem to be resolved, so this year with new rent increases income should be improved. The oil heatingtank atthe Dodd's House has become corroded and allowing water to enter contaminating the oil. A new Bunded Plastic tank is to be fitted as soon as the oil level is lower in January 2024. Page 1 of 5.
