**Objects:** THE RELIEF AND SUPPORT OF PEOPLE WITH LEARNING DISABILITIES IN THE VALE AND SOUTH LIVING SCHEME THROUGH THE PROVISION OF SERVICES, NOT PROVIDED FROM STATUTORY FUNDS, WHICH WILL ASSIST THEM TO OBTAIN THEIR RIGHTS AND PRIVILEGES AS CITIZENS IN INDEPENDENT LIVING

**Activities:** With the majority of adults with learning disabilities living in the community the charity is no longer just for the provision of transport it also provides: 1) Help in funding holidays 2) Funding for parties3) Arranges & funds days trips4) Purchases items to improve quality of residents                              lives e.g. electric wheel chairs, TVs etc
