After another successful year, on behalf of knistees and Mallagement committee, l thank
the volunteers in helplng io nm this organisation and mo.stly thc cnonnous work, lotal
dedication of all and for h¢lping me 10 See this vision and its aims through most afflicting
times. to achieve a successful change in the lives of its beneficiaries and with a PUTP05e
of making a difference in their situation.
It has been another encouraging season in the effective feedback from our beneficiaries,
in our provision of good and effeciive life changing service they have embraced and
which made a posilive long-tenn change in their lives. Our benefjciaries are mainly
from Newharn and others within the Greater London area {mainly Waltham forest.

in a deliberately accessible and user-friendly ways. We exist to see lives restored and

demonstrate the Christian faith. These are the benefits that arise out of our charitsble

individual or group basis QT in partnership with other organisations, our objectiv¢ is to
reach ordinary people within Greater London and also act as advocate on redressing,
climinating infringements of human right regionally and iniernationally.

activities as the Refugee & Asylum Seekers Personal Well being Project continues lo bc
in demand with reflection on human righi advocacy. Despite challenges of how to
respond lo the downllwn in the efonomic climate due to Covid-19 [Delt&Omicron] to
Cost of living Crisis.. however the great news is that we are experiencing record demand
ror our services and our website has enabl¢d us to reach out to more of those who have
been suffering silently and ignorani of what their diagnosis is and arc now motivated in
seeking self help by the knowledge acquired from website. This year continued with the
help of donors with the overldp demand of the inilialed untqu¢ projff I that was funded by
Awards for All, The Souter Charirablc Trusi this y¢ar, and a projecl with a view io
balance of issucs in the society that have be¢n ignored for so long continued - Vtctims
more than Pcrpetraiors and pandemic initiated project of sclf-resi5L￿CC Mechanism
against Spike Emergency in RAP. Ii w&5 well researched and implemented project in
seminars. one to one sections and also inio iK)oklets. whicb were distributed across
Greater London; and widely accessed oll our website.

Thi's project received funds and Se￿ICe aid from grants. sales. Managernc￿ Committee
members and frlends of RAP donoTS.
We are committcd to makc our usual monitored returns ￿ those who &ssist us. while we
ontinue to dcvclop links with other organisations we expect to work with. We make
every effort to provide effeciive and positive life changing counselling 10 our
beneficiaries from 14yT5 & above who gained Self￿OnfIdenCe. motivation. and
rcsourcefulness to make a positive change in their lives

280/0 of the youth who came through our counselling service a5 a mean5 lo an end
to their abusive situation and after the end of their counselling sessions w¢
continued to mentor them through years of diifjcult and trialing times at
university. The gratitude and testimonial of their family of our service was
enCOurn￿n8.
6) Despite the situation of the pandemicjcost of living crisis economy, we are
encouragcd that IIY/o of thc youth who gtaduatcd this y&qr have oveThvhelmed us
with (cstimonials of acbieviDg their heartfclt job opportiukitics with good pay.

While 70/0 oui of the remaining 140/0 have gone back to further their education and
the other 70/0 encourdged to volunieer io enhance job opporiuniiies.

8) Five volunteer5 wcrc up skilled under OUT service - thrtt has gone for further
education and two still undergoing in-house training. Management committee
members had another day's upskilling this year Io Taise quality service for RAP.
9) We have this year continued to actively been b￿$y, most Saturdays, raising
aw￿ene￿ on spiritual abuse through trainings and Seminars. The feedbacks we
have received have continued to rdi5e gr￿t concerns about issues of spiritual
abuse within the Chritstian communiry which Ica(Ls to C4)nstant infring¢ment of
humaD righLS.

needs and continued menioring youth one day a week this year with motivation to
appreciate the resource in them and potential in the society.

under our service are receiving RAP hopelessness and helpless charitable support

year. After consideraiion and asse&sment of benefit of not spending reserves, RAP as a
charity wtll only be depriving itself from being able io apply money resourced to

R.A.P was established in March 2(N)l and has gained considerable recognition amongst
the abused and linked organisaiions and partners. We are always lookin8 for ways io
improve our service, which we offer to our beneficiaries within Greater London and
beyond.

change iheir situation. Bui through our counselling and advice programme. we have an
