Section F Other optional information
Unfortunately, after many meeting with SfYC and our other local preschool, Robin Nursery has made the difficult decision to close from July 2022.
The numbers have declined over the past few years, and we have been running at a loss. Birthrates have not risen in recent years and the number of children for September were not looking to be viable.
We consulted with the Pre-school alliance and have gifted resources and toys to other local preschools who follow the same aims and charity constitution.
All staff were paid the redundancy pay that they were due. One member of staff was still employed at the year end date to support the committee with the administration associated with the close down ofthe nursery.
Section G Declaration
The trustees declare that they have approved the trustees’ report above.
