TO PROMOTE WITHIN THE COMMUNITY AS A WHOLE OPPORTUNITIES TO PARTICIPATE IN DANCE FOR PEOPLE OF SCHOOL GOING AGE WHO MIGHT OTHERWISE BE EXCLUDED BY VIRTUE OF ECONOMIC, SOCIAL OR CULTURAL REASONS;  1.1.7.
