**Objects:** THE RESTORATION, PRESERVATION, DEVELOPMENT AND PROMOTION FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC OF THE LAND AND THOSE BUILT FACILITIES IN THE AREA KNOWN AS THE ROCK PARK, WHICH EXTENDS FROM THE RIVER ITHON ON ITS WESTERN BOUNDARY TO THE RAILWAY LINE ON ITS EASTERN BOUNDARY AND INCLUDING THE MONTPELLIER PARK WHICH IS CONTIGUOUS WITH THE ROCK PARK VIA A RAILWAY UNDERPASS, AS DETERMINED BY THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE TO CONTRIBUTE TO THE HISTORICAL CHARACTER ORIGINALLY ENVISAGED BY ITS VICTORIAN CREATORS.
