Christ-citadel international Church (UK)
Report for the period I" January to 31st December 2023
8ackground
This report is prepared for Christ-citadel International Church for the financial year I" January 2023 to 31. December
2023. This report highlights the activities of the church and an audited financial report is attached
The church continues to operate in two locations in the United Kingdom namely Nottin8harn and Derby. Derby church
which initially started as a satellite branch ha5 been operating as a fully-fledged church with a pastor assigned on
fulltime basis.
Objectives
The objectives of the church have remained unchanged as stipulated in the constitution of the charity. The main
objective is to advance the Christian faith while providing pastoral and prayer support for members and the community
that the church serves.
Advancing the Christian faith
The church continues to meet this objective through active follow up and discipleship program of our members as well as
carrying out evangelist programs that are driven by one to one strate8y. Members of the church were encourdged to
reach out to individuals at their place of work or community with the message of our Lord Jesu5 ChTlSt. Individual
members of the church effectively did this through a program that we call personal evangelism. The church continues to
share the message of hope to the community especially post the COVID-19 pandemic. The church continues to operate
via the following ministries..
Men's ministry
Youth Ministry
Women's ministry
Church Intercession
Music Ministry
The Church continues to rneet and have open doors as the church has transitioned to this new normal post covIt)-19
pandemic. The church continues to strive to be a place of refuge and security for the members and the community at
large as it continues to share the gospel of peace and healing in these uncertain times.

Section D
Achievements and performance
l. Performance of the Charity in 2023
The church continues to meet regularly on Sundays and as well as other programmes midweek.
Men's Ministry. The men's ministry improved this year as they began to regroup and had a succe55ful breakfast
meeting. The men came together to do some maintenance on the church grounds and some plastering and
painting inside the church building
Women's Ministry. The women continue to be a vibrant group who meet on a monthly basis. They have had
various pro8rams including a prayer retreat in the peak district where it was time to fellowship as women and
have the quiet time of prayer and reflection.
Youth Ministry. The Youth Minlstry continued to meet virtually on a weekly basis for prayer on Zoom. The Youth
went on their annual Youth Camp to Cornwall which they enjoyed and came back energized. The Youth also have
a Youth church every quarter which is face to face at church.
Children's Church. The children's church takes place weekly on Sundays. The children continue to work hard and
have presentatlons periodically to showcase what they have teamed in Sunday school.
Homecare Group. Hornecare group meetings have resumed in people's homes weekly on Tuesdays. The venues
rotate betsveen members houses. It is a time of fellowship, sharing the word and a chance to share food.
Music Ministry
The Music ministry continue to be active weekly for rehearsal as well as ministering weekly in the Sunday
services.
Finance- In 2023 the main fundlng for running the church came from donations given by the faithful members of
the church by way of tithe, general offerings and special offerings. We also 8Ot additional funds from gift aid
reclaims and we had a construction company pay for the use of our carpark during their construction work and
this helped with our finances in 2023.
Summary
The church continues to have programmes to reach out to the local community. Finances are also improving as people
continue to give their donations and also be there in person for each other and the community at large.
