**Objects:** TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS IN OVERBURY CHURCH OF ENGLAND FIRST SCHOOL (HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS "OVERBURY SCHOOL") IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY:-I) DEVELOPING EFFECTIVE RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN STAFF, PARENTS AND OTHERS ASSOCIATED WITH THE SCHOOL;II) ENGAGING IN ACTIVITIES OR PROVIDING FACILITIES OR EQUIPMENT  WHICH SUPPORT THE SCHOOL AND ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS.
