IN PARTICULAR, TO ADVANCE RELIGION, EDUCATION AND TRAINING, RELIEVE SICKNESS AND OLD AGE, PRESERVE AND PROTECT GOOD HEALTH AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS

**Activities:** Holistic Massage services,Nutritional advice, 1-1 support, training and information, Hospital and home services, personal development and the provision of support for carers.We run a social activity centre with drop in facilities. We provide outreach support in the form of light house work and DIY etc...Help with form filling and benefits.We also provide opportunities for volunteering
