The Trustees have adopted the provisio￿% of the Statement of Recommended Prdctice (SORP)
Accounting and Reporting by Charities issud in 2005 tn preparing the annual report
and financial statements of the Charity.
Legal Status..
Charity: Registered with the Charity Commission, Charity Number:1088656
Objects, Principal A¢tfvitie8 and OrganKsation of the Chvdrity
The Charity was established with aims & objectives as follows:
The objects of the charity is to provide educational and cultural facilities to the young and adults
muslims of Grays and its SUTroundings.To meet these objectives the charity seeks charitable
donations and 8rants from the public at general and other institutions.
The charity is organised with a ￿MmIttee (Board of Trustees) elected by the members to oversee
the overall activities and one of the committee member is nominated as chairperg)n. to monitor the
day to day running of the charity.
Organlsatlon:
A Management Committee, the members of whtch are trustees manages the affairs of the charity.
The Management Committee manages the business of the charity including the paying of all expenses.
Trustees:
Trustees, who are all members of the executive committe< and who sep4ed during the year are
set out on page 3.
The trustees are elected At the Annual &n¢ral Mceilng, for rnembership of the Executive Committee
and serve until the end of the next Annual Genernl Meetin& where they can sland for re- election
as member5 of the new Executive Committee.
AetivIti￿ aod Achievements:
During the year, the charity conntinued to collect dOn￿lonS from the members of public ￿ well as
Friday jummah collection. There are continuous commilment from the users and members to
SUPPOrt the ¢harity's activities.
The charity also provide social welfarq educational and worship facilities and the number of users
are in¢reasing every year.
Review of Transactions and Finaneial P￿Ition.
With the commilmentss indicated above, the financial position of the charity is very secure with
net fund of 556.150 as at 31 August 2025.

We report on the a¢counts for the year ended 31 August 2025 set out on pages 7 to 9 which have
been prepared under the historical cost convention and the ac¢ounting policies set out in note I
to the f&nancia] statements.
Respective Reyponsibilities of Trnstees and Accountants
As described on page 5 the trustees are responsible for the preparation of the financial
statemenls, and they Consider that the trust is exempt from an audit. It is our resFK>nsibility
to carry out proCedU￿S designed to enable us to repK)rt our opinion to you.
Basi8 of Opillion
We conducted our work in accordance with the Statement of Sthndards for Reporting Accountsnts,
and so our procedures Consi￿ed of comparing the accounts with the accounting records kept by the
charity, and makin8 such limited enquiries of the trustees and officers &$ we considered necessary
for the purpose of this report. These procedures provide only the assurance expressed in our opinion.
Opinio
In our opinion:
(a) The accounts are in agreement with the &countin8 records kept by the charity under the
requiremcnts of the Statement of Re￿mmended Practice- Accounting and Reporting by Charities.
(b) Having regard only to, and on the basis of, the inforniation contsined in those accounts:
(l) The accounts have been drawn up in a manner consi*nt with the accounting requirements specified
the Statement of Recommended Practi¢¢- Accounting and Reporting by Charities, and
(2) The charity satisfied the conditions fnr the exemptton from an audit of the accounts for the year
specified in the Charities Act.

STATEMENTS OF RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE EXECU7JVE COMMITTEE
JAW application to chanties in England & Wales require the Lommittee to Prepa￿ tinancial statements tor each
financial year that give a true and fair view of the charltys fmancial activities during the year of its financial
position preparing end of the year. In fuwicial statements, the Committee is required to:

Make judgments and estimates that are reasonable and prudent.
State whether applicable accounting standards and statements of recommended prncti¢e have
been followed, subject to any departures disclosed and explained in the financial statements.
Prepare the financial statements on a goin8 concern basis unless it is inappropriate to presume
that the charity will continue in operation.

The Executive Committee is responsible for keeping ￿UntIng records which re&8onable atturacy at any time the
financial position of the charity and enable them to ensure that the finan¢ial statsments comply with the Charities
Act 1993. They are also responsible for safeguarding the assets of the charity and hence for taking re&sonable steps
for the prevention 8nd detection of fraud and other irregularities .
INDEPENDENT EXAMINER
According to the provisions of the Charities Act 1993 . the Committee has agreed that and audit is not required for
this financial year . However due to provision of the same act an independent ekgminer is required .
Transaction and fiDAnclal po$itlon
The Statement of Financial Activities shows net surplus for the year of £33231 and our accumu18ted
fijndslliability stand at £556,150 in surplus iotal.
SHEIKH & CO carried out an independent examination of the accounts included in the report.
