The Haydock Band AA All the trustees of The Haydock Band met on Thursday 2nd May 2024. The trustees believe that the band Is on a sound financial footing for the future with no concerns as we enter the bands one hundredth and Sixtyihird year. All compliance matters were discussed and again the trustees are happy with the structure of the band and the policies in place to safeguard 8ll members. Development plans are ongoingwith St Helens Music Centre Hub and St Helens Council and the Trustees thanked Mark Quinn for all his voluntary work with these external organls8tions on behalf of The Haydock Band Exciting new developments going into 2024 with more external partners are being planned. Responsibilities and As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation basis of report of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of th8 Charities Act 2011 ("the Act"). I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination.
