**Objects:** TO FURTHER THE RELIGIOUS AND OTHER CHARITABLE WORK OF THE CHURCH AND IN PARTICULAR BUT WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING:- 1. TO PROVIDE OR AUGMENT THE STIPEND OF THE MINISTER FOR THE TIME BEING OF THE CHURCH 2. TO ASSIST SUCH MINISTER IN MEETING EXPENSES INCURRED IN THE PERFORMANCE OF HIS DUTIES 3. TO PURCHASE OR OTHERWISE PROVIDE THEOLOGICAL OR OTHER BOOKS 4. TO PURCHASE OR OTHERWISE PROVIDE CLERICAL ROBES FOR THE USE OF SUCH MINISTER.

**Activities:** 1) To receive and invest monies donated to the trust. 2) To keep under review the needs of the minister of Emmanuel Church, Farnham and to respond to requests from him for financial assistance to enable him to perform his ministry. 3) To make the necessary disbursements from the fund.
