As a strategic partner of Charnwood Borough Council, the £harSty continues to play a major role In servlng thè people In Chainwood
Ip3rt1cularty those faclng barrlers to aCCe￿Ing mainstream seNicesl and pramoting ¢ammunity cohe51on by co-ordinatlftg
inter-falth and inler-cvltLJral events includin8 Lou8hborou8h Mela. The charlty contlnued to work wilh like-minded partners.
.EmFA)wHer Project is the S-year project funded by the National Lottery Community Fund whlch started in lan 2024. This builds on
rhe successes of previous work with new targets around young people and enterprise as well as a focus c*n mental and physical
health. It15 in year 2 Df delivery.
-our five-year contract wlth Vita Health to delwer a project on mental health and referrals Is in the flnal ye3r of the current
contract. We are workSng with the funders to explore contlnuation ol this much needed work.
-The charity secured fundlng from Awards For All April 2024 for general casework which will continue till March 2026.
-The charity ha5 applipd to the Lloyds Bank Foundation In April 2025. The applicatlon Is for 3 years and will support our core
worklsucce5slon plannlng. We are awaiting their decision.
