**Objects:** (A) THE ADVANCEMENT OF HEALTH BY RELIEVING SICKNESS AND PRESERVING HEALTH AMONGST THE PEOPLE LIVING PERMANENTLY OR TEMPORARILY IN EXETER AND EAST DEVON;  (B) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION TO RESIDENTS OF EXETER AND EAST DEVON BY THE PROVISION OF A LIBRARY; (C) TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISIONS OF FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION OF INDIVIDUALS LIVING PERMANENTLY OR TEMPORARILY IN EXETER AND EAST DEVON WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF YOUTH , AGE INFIRMITY OR DISABILITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR SOCIAL CIRCUMSTANCES WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITION OF LIFE. IN FURTHERANCE OF THESE OBJECTS BUT NOT OTHERWISE THE TRUSTEES SHALL HAVE POWER TO ESTABLISH OR SECURE THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A COMMUNITY CENTRE AND LIBRARY AT TOPSHAM IN DEVON AND TO MAINTAIN AND MANAGE SUCH A BUILDING FOR THE ACTIVITIES PROMOTED BY THE CHARITY IN FURTHERANCE OF THE ABOVE OBJECTS.

**Activities:** Estuary League of Friends has been supporting the community since 1987 and are based in Topsham Devon, serving the local area. Our aim is to work to improve the quality of life of those in need of care, comfort and support in our community. We support those who have been disadvantaged, through terminal illnesses, disablement, as well as the elderly, frail, and those with debilitating illnesses.
