**Activities:** BIRTHLIGHT PROMOTES WELLBEING TO WOMEN AND FAMILIES IN THE TRANSITION TO PARENTHOOD THROUGH AN ORIGINAL HEALTH AND CHILDBIRTH EDUCATION PROGRAMME BASED ON YOGA AND OTHER CULTURAL TRADITIONS.  OUR TRAINING COURSES, RECOGNISED NATIONALLY AND INTERNATIONALLY, COVER FIVE AREAS FROM CONCEPTION TO TODDLERS.  ACTIVITIES INCLUDE ANNUAL CONFERENCES AND EVENTS FOR MATERNITY HEALTH PROFESSIONALS AND PARENTS.
