**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE COMPANY SHALL BE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC TO:(I)  PROTECT AND PRESERVE PUBLIC HEALTH AND(II) TO RELIEVE MENTAL AND EMOTIONAL DISTRESS OF PERSONS AND IN PARTICULAR OF PEOPLE WHO ARE HOMOSEXUAL, BISEXUAL, LESBIAN, GAY OR IN DOUBT ABOUT THEIR SEXUALITY BY IN PARTICULAR THE PROVISION OF ADVICE, INFORMATION AND COUNSELLING SERVICES.

**Activities:** The objects of the Company shall be for the benefit of the public across Sussex to (i) protect and preserve public health and (ii) to relieve mental and emotional distress of persons and in particular of people who are, bisexual, lesbian, gay, transgender or in doubt about their sexuality by in particular the provision of advice, information and well being services.
