The preservation for the benefit of the inhabitants of Romania and elsewhere of landscapes, townscapes, gardens, buildings, structures, works of art and other objects which are of exceptional beauty or exceptional archaeological, historical, scientific, artistic or architectural interest and the advancement of education in any related subject concerning the culture and history of Romania.
Objects: The Trustees Shall Hold The Trust Fund And The Income Thereof (Including Any Income Accruing Or Accrued But Not Received At The Date Of This Deed) Upon Trust To Apply The Income And, At Their Discretion, The Whole Or Any Part Of The Capital Of The Trust Fund In Or Towards The Preservation For The Benefit Of The Inhabitants Of Romania And Elsewhere Of Landscapes, Wildlife, Townscapes, Gardens, Buildings, Structures, Works Of Art And Other Objects Which Are Of Exceptional Beauty Or Exceptional Archaeological, Historical, Scientific, Artistic Or Architectural Interest And The Advancement Of Education In Any Related Subject Concerning The History And Cultural Heritage Of Romania. Provided Always That Nothing Contained Herein Shall Authorise The Trustees To Apply Any Part Of The Trust Fund Or The Income Thereof To Or For The Benefit Of Any Objects Or Purposes As Aforesaid Save Those Regarded As Charitable By The Laws Of England And Wales.
