ROAD (TARAKI MOOR), TAHSIL SUHAWA, DISTRICT JHELUM, PAKISTAN. THE HOSPITAL EMPLOYS ABOUT 14 STAFF INCLUDING 3 DOCTORS, 3 DISPENSERS AND A LAB TECHNICIAN FOR ALL SORTS OF TESTING. MEDICINES ARE PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE. DOCTOR'S FEE RS. 20.00= GBP 0.065 (approximalely). Section D Achievements and performance This free hospital in a semi-rural location established in 2008 provides free medical access to the local villages of Tehsil Sohawa and beyond. There are no other free medical facilities within easy reach of local poor people. Hospital facilities include diagnostic tools: X Ray machine, Ultrasound scanner and ECG machines. Summary of the main achievements of the charlty durlng the year An in-house phannacy dispenses essential medications free of charge. 2 Ambulances provide emergency care as well as a "pick and drop" transportation service from neighbouring villages for outpatient appoinlments. The hospital has capacity for 75 beds for admitted patients. The hospitsl receives an average of 1500 patients per month. In addition to medical care the Foundation also provides welfare packages in the form of Ramadan food parcels and cash to local poor people in extreme poverty. The charity attracted £32,021 donations in the year including gift aid credits. The charity achieved this through the generosity of donors TAR Marth 2012
