The principal activity of the foundation this year has been to provide rinancial support to the work of Graduate Impact- particularly towards the travel and accommodats'on costs of IFES staff, students and graduates attendlng events and conferences. The Trustees confirm that they have referred to the guidance contained in the Charity Commission's general guidance on public benefit when reviewing the Trust's aims and objectives and in planning future activities and setting the grant making policy for the yaar. Para 1.18 The Ditch Foundation makes grants to organisations and individuals known lo the trustees to facilitate our charitable objects. No grants are made in response to unsolicited applications and our funds are fully committed for the foreseeable futu. During 2024, the trust continued to support the ministry of IFES Graduate Impact in mentoring young Christian adults during the formative years of their professional life. Our grants to IFES Graduate Impact have helped provide invaluable support to young Christian adults in the early years of working life in more than 25 countries across Europe and Eurasia. Speafic details include training through the Bible and Culture programme, in Berlin and also the training of European Cross-current leaders throughout the year and via a training event in Spain. Parn 1.20 We have also supported the translats.on of Cross-current resources into Spanish, French, and Poriuguese, and we have supported the launch of an e-Learning course on Christianity and politics.
