Financial Review

Review ofthe charity’s Para 1.21 Over the course of2020 a number ofour regular

| report to the charity trustees on my examination of the accounts of The Ditch Foundation (‘the Charity’) for the year ended 31 December 2020, which are set out on pages 1 to 2.

Responsibilities and basis of report

As the charity trustees of the Charity you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (‘the Act’).
