**Objects:** TO ADVANCE PUBLIC EDUCATION IN AND APPRECIATION OF THE ART AND SCIENCE OF ORCHESTRAL MUSIC IN AND AROUND SEDBERGH AND DISTRICT PARTICULARLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY AMONGST CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE THROUGH THE PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS AND ACCESSORIES PERFORMANCE OPPORTUNITIES CONCERTS AND BY ANY OTHER CHARITABLE MEANS THAT THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT

**Activities:** Sedbergh Pepperpot Club Members enjoy mainly cultural events while raising funds towards music fees for local youngsters. Orchestral instruments are lent out for the annual costs of insurance cover. The Pepperpot Music Makers orchestra is an after-school activity at Sedbergh Primary School open to children from nearby schools; players in the Sedbergh Orchestra are drawn from the whole community .
