The Charity supports Whitchurch Primary School by providing an
environment that is conducive to good education through the provision of
educational resources, staffing levels, helping to maintain school facilities

During 2023124, the Charity has provided a £22,000 donation to support
Whitchurch Primary School's budget and thus enable the vision of the
school leadership to be maintained by providing funds to support the
running and structure of the school and educational resources to support
school development.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the account8 of the above
oharity ("the Trust.) for the year ended 3110312024.
Responslbllities and
basis of report
As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the
accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011
("the Act").
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carying out my exaMinat￿on, I
have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission
under section 145{5){b) of the Act,
I ndependent I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have
