## **- ANNUAL TRUSTEES REPORT FY 23/24** 

The school year from September 2023 to July 2024, was a  full year of fundraising activities, overseen by a collective chair of 3 parents. 

The income generated from PTA activities consisted of 2 main activities; Charitable activities and events and Other Income. 

- ●Charitable activities; These include passive income through online referral  platforms  Easy  Fundraising,  Amazon  Smile  and  School Lottery  and  a  calendar  of  fundraising  events  for  the  school community. 

- ●Other  income;  This  consists  of  net  income  from  school  uniform sales, interest earned, large single cash donations from parents and proceeds from the year 6 leavers activities. 

Total net profit from  all activities  was £19,243  of which £17,780  was granted in funding back to the St John the Baptist CE Junior school to cover agreed expenses and investments in infrastructure. Thus, total net profit added to the accounts was £1,463 for the FY 23/24 ending on 30th September 2024. 

The charity will continue with these events and activities into the new financial year.
