This**<br>**has been achieved by  time**<br>**consuming and  dedicated**<br>**Management Committee**<br>**meetings (when necessary by**<br>**Zoom) which continue to ensure**<br>**that the Hall and its users**<br>**complied with government**<br>**guidelines for the safety of the**<br>**users.**<br>**The pre-school was able to**<br>**continue to use the Hall and one**<br>**small business continued to**<br>**distribute hot food to the**<br>**housebound and needy in the**<br>**community . Many of the other**<br>**regular Hirers have now been**<br>**able to return.**<br>**As the building is over 100 years**<br>**old there continues to be a**<br>**signifcant requirement  to**<br>**maintain it. This is under**<br>**constant review and supervision**<br>**and the Trustees are confdent**<br>**that the continued well being of**<br>**the building and its facilities can**<br>**be maintained in the future for**<br>**the beneft of the community.**<br>**This year the Committee has**<br>**refurbished redecorated and**<br>**upgraded areas of the Hall**<br>**The Hall’s website continues to**<br>**inform and attract new enquiries.**<br>**The previous hard copy**<br>**paperwork is now on the website,**<br>**simplifying the process of**<br>**booking, whilst also advising**<br>**users of the terms of hire.**<br>**The Trustees in line with the**<br>**Charity's objectives also continue**<br>**their formal policy of favouring**<br>**bookings for the residents within**<br>**the parish both in priority and**<br>**pricing terms**||
