**Objects:** ESTABLISHED PARTICULARLY FOR THE BENEFIT OF PERSONS LIVING IN THE QUERN'S ESTATE IN CANTERBURY TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF SUCH PERSONS.

**Activities:** Querns community centre provides a base for services, facilities, social, educational, training, playschemes, parent and child groups, youth opportunities for the residents of Querns and surrounding area. Supported by volunteers and other agencies.This is open to all ages, groups and ability.To improve the quality of life and aleviate isolation and exclusion for these residents
