It would have been possible to have the annual Fete, but the set up costs had increased greatly. The Marquee increased From £2,000 to £4,500. This would not have been cost effective so it was canlled. The members voted to join in all local events by hiring a tsble each time at the cost of £10. SECRETARY Vicky reported that unfortunately this will be the last minutes that Jill Hillier will deliver on resigning her role. Due to the added workload with her Parkinson's Voluntary work. Their gain is our loss. although she has said she will continue to support events. Wicky thanked Jill for her commitment OV8r many years. Jill thanked Vicky and committee members for their cooperation over the years and hopes the new secretary will enjoy the role Vicky also thanked Lorraine Stinchcombe for running the 200 club very successfully. Vicky thanked Lorraine for the splendid job she has done. We have lost many members since COVID ,we need to recruit new members this year. If each of us could find at least two new members it would boost numbers. Margaret Culleton has collected the £1 subs for many years. Her health has not been good of late. Subs will be collected by Jill until Margaret can join us again. ELE FFI Vicky asked for those in offir roles rf they would like to continue. The committee voted unanimously for those that did wish to remain. Jill nominated Danielle Casey to take over the Secretsry role Danielle was voted into the role.
