**Objects:** TO HELP EDUCATE YOUNG PEOPLE ESPECIALLY  BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH LEISURE-TIME ACTIVITIES AND PROGRAMMES SO TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES, SELF-CONFIDENCE AND INDIVIDUAL RESPONSIBILITY THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY; AND SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE OBJECTS  AS THE COMPANY SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.

**Activities:** To help educate children and young people especially but not exclusively through leisure-time activities and programmes so to develop their physical, mental and spiritual capacities, self-confidence and individual responsibility that they may grow to full maturity as individuals and members of society; and such other charitable objects as the company shall from time to time determine.
