The chanty's total income for the year amounted to £31.500 (2023 - £33,899). The￿ was no restricted

2024 restricted reserves were £98,396. The total unrestricted fvnds at the year*end represent the
charitys free reserves and amounted to £98.396 (2023- £107.852).
Reserves polky
In the trustees, view. the reserves slK•uld provide the charity with adequate financial stability and the
means for it to meet its charitable objectives for the foreseeable fijture.
The trustees will review the amount of reserves that are required to ensure that they are adequate to
fulfill the charitys continuing obligations on a regular basis.
Going concern
Having considered budgets for the next twefve rnonths. the Trustees are confident that the Charity will
continue to meet its liabilities as they fall due for the foreseeable future and consider that there are no
material uncertainties about ts abilty to continue as a going concern. It is therefore considered
appropriate by the Trustees to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.

Respoctlve R￿PonsIbIlItIeS of Trustees and Examlnor
The charty's trustees (who are also directors of Natural Family Planning Teachers Association for the
purpose of company law) are responsible for the prepardtion of the accounts. The charity's trustees
consider that an audit is not required for this year under section 144 of the Charities Act 2011 and that
an independent examination is needed.
Having satisfied myself that the chaiity is not subject to audit under company law aThl is eligible for
independent examinatton, it is my responsibilty to:
examine the accounts under section 145 of the 2011
to follow the procedures laid down in the General Directions given by the Charity Commission
under sects'on 145(5) of the 2011 Ac(" and
to stste whether particular matters have come to my attentN)n.
Basis of Independent Examlners Report
My exarninatson was carried out in accordance with the General Directions given by the Charity
Comrnission. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a
comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual
items or disclosures in the accounts. and seeking explanations from you as trustees conceming any
such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the eviden￿ that would be required in an
audit, and consequently I do not express an audrt opinion on whether the accounts present a 'true and
fair view.
Independent Examlnors Statement
In connection with my examination. no matter has come to my attention:
(1)
which gives me reasonable cause to believe that in any material respect the trustees have not
rnet the reqUIr￿ents to ensure that
proper accounting records are kept (in accordan￿ with section 386 of ts Companies Act
