TW3 2BD Trustees Re ort June 2022 This is Ms Banks first year as manager. it has had its challengers, after employing new staff members, one left after a tenn and the other member left for maternity leave at the end of the year. It has been difficult trying to increase number of children attendin especially in the afternoons. and as usual there is a large number of children with special needs, which brings in more challenges, finding staff to work with them The setting is offering more places to children on the two year old funding schemes, and still offering children the chance to stsy for lunch, and all day. Although there was a monetary loss again this year, this was expxcted with numbers down etc, the waiting list is looking healthy for the next year, so hopefully we can build up the numbers of children attending.
