Our trained experts are available face to face. over the phone or via email and during this period we supported over 4.000 older people wth their queries, dealing wth over 14,000 topics. Vulnerable people leaving hospital are alAe to access up to six week5 of support, prowded by volunteers. This indudes practical and emotional support to ensure people regain their independence. We deliver the service in Arun, Chichester, Crawley and Mid Sussex and in 2020-21 supported 1,212 people by providing 14,194 hours of volunteer support.
