Structure. governance and managemont
The Charity is constitutod by Deed of Trust dated 19th Decernber 2000. The powers of the eharty, which is
nincorporaled, ar8 sel out in its Twst Deed and in the amendlng deed 151h March 2001.

monies through investrnenls in sportlng activities for the disabled. There has ￿en no change during the year in
the policies adopted in furtherance ol th8S8 objects.

The Charrty makes presentaoons to supportlng groups to raise awareness of the work that is undertak&n at the
Sports Centre. Thls frequenuy r8suIts in the rece￿pt of donation5 and t
