**Objects:** THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND TO APPLY THE INCOME THEREOF FOR THE PROMOTION OF PUBLIC WORSHIP AT THE CHURCH IN PARTICULAR BY:- (A) THE RESTORATION REPAIR AND UPKEEP OF THE FABRIC AND FIXTURES OF THE CHURCH INCLUDING THE PROVISION OF EQUIPMENT TO COMPLY WITH STATUTORY REQUIREMENTS (B) THE PROVISION RESTORATION AND REPAIR OF MONUMENTS ORNAMENTS FURNISHINGS THE ORGAN WINDOWS AND OTHER FITTINGS AND EQUIPMENT OF THE CHURCH; AND (C)  SUBJECT TO (A) AND (B) OF THIS CLAUSE SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES CONNECTED WITH THE CHURCH AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL DETERMINE.
