**Objects:** (I) THE ESTABLISHMENT OF NEW MUSEUM RESOURCE CENTRE IN LUDLOW FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC AND MAKING AVAILABLE FOR RESEARCH AND EDUCATION OF ITEMS OF LOCAL HISTORICAL OR SCIENTIFIC INTEREST AND THE PRESERVATION OF THE SAME AS COLLECTIONS.(II) SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES CONNECTED WITH LUDLOW MUSEUM AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DETERMINE

**Activities:** We have provided funds for display boards in the Museum which we trust will reopen at Easter of this year - one year late. Shropshire Council has cut back its museum service drastically.   We continue to hold funds in reserve, awaiting a resurgence of cultural activity.
