The trustees have adopted the provisions of Accounting and Reporting by Charities: Statement of Recommended Practice applicable to charities preparing their accounts in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the UK and Republic of Ireland(FRS102)(effective 1 January 2019). ## **OBJECTIVES AND ACTIVITIES** ## **Objectives and aims** The name of the charity is inspired by a Bible verse, Daniel 11:32b:”the people who know their God will be strong and carry out exploits”. We describe ourselves as a ministry of reconciliation. We are, by the call of God, peace-makers and all inclusive workers of reconciliation by our commitment to take the Good News of Jesus back to the Bible lands where the Gospel began, without partiality. We actively seek to advance the education of the British public in all aspects of Christianity and the Abrahamic faiths through the written and spoken word, through worship, through drama, conferences, Gospel campaigns, church meetings, the arts and primarily through all aspects of media. We make efforts to counter anti-semitism through conferences and seminars. As a small society, we are nevertheless helping to build peace in the Middle East and to strengthen the Judeo-Christian foundations of our society. Our main objectives have continued to be promotion and fostering of Christian knowledge, education and propagation in a World that is increasingly confused and drifting without moral compass. ## **Significant activities** In establishing the activities to meet the above objectives during this financial period, the Trustees have continued due regard to the guidance published by the Charity Commission on public benefit. During the year the Charity continued with our work supporting humanitarian projects and teaching. Rev C Darg and Mr P Darg continue to represent the charitable company in promotional videos and other work. ## **Public benefit** The Trustees have had due regard for the guidance published by the Charity Commission on public benefit. ## **Volunteers** The Charity has one volunteer who is given a monthly honorarium to cover expenses. Rev. Christine Darg is the charity’s key worker, responsible for administration and conducting ministry work in the UK and internationally, but as a volunteer. 3 ## **OBJECTIVES AND ACTIVITIES** ## **Safeguarding and risk assessment** The Charity continues to maintain full liability insurance coverage on all aspects of travel, public events, its members and Trustees, all equipment assets valued at over £200. The Charity continues to be regulated by the Information Commissioners Office, assuring protection of its database. ## **ACHIEVEMENT AND PERFORMANCE** Exploits Ministry, founded by Christine & Peter Darg, is dedicated to advancing God’s kingdom through intercessory prayer, media outreach, and prophetic ministry, with a heart for Israel, the Middle East, and the World. Guided by Biblical mandates like Isaiah 62:6-7, which calls for watchmen to pray for Jerusalem’s peace, the Ministry seeks to mobilise believers to intercede for Israel’s restoration and global revival. Rooted in Romans 11:25-26, which speaks of Israel’s ultimate salvation, Exploits Ministry emphasizes the spiritual significance of supporting Israel while fostering unity among nations through prayer and outreach. Each week, Exploits Ministry sends out a dynamic email update, sharing prayer needs, prophetic insights, and updates on our global impact. The weekly TV show, broadcast worldwide on many platforms, reaches countless viewers with messages of hope, Biblical teaching, and testimonies of God’s work. With nearly 60,000 YouTube subscribers, the Ministry’s digital platform amplifies our reach, offering content that inspires faith and equips believers to engage in spiritual warfare and intercession. Christine Darg, already a prolific author, released her book _Lord, Will You Restore the Kingdom to Israel?_ in 2024, exploring the Biblical and prophetic significance of Israel’s role in God’s redemptive plan, drawing from Acts 1:6-7. The Ministry also actively participates in Zoom prayer meetings, where Christine serves as a panelist, joining global intercessors to pray for revival, peace, and the fulfilment of God’s promises. Exploits Ministry’s multi-faceted approach—through media, prayer, and teaching—reflects its commitment to Psalm 122:6, urging believers to “pray for the peace of Jerusalem.” By equipping the church and standing with Israel, the Ministry plays a vital role in preparing the way for God’s purposes in the Middle East and beyond, fostering spiritual awakening worldwide. During the year to 31 March 2026, the following activities were undertaken by the Charity. JANUARY 2025: Our ministry held an Orthodox Christmas outreach January 7 in Bethlehem to bless 200 forgotten Christians in the Holy Land. We also sponsored a Bible student from Beit Sahour. We produced four weekly half-hour video teachings for worldwide distribution as well as weekly teaching blogs for our website www.JerusalemChannel.tv and Substack.com. Peter Darg was involved in all of the technical side of the ministry uploading our programs to worldwide platforms while Christine Darg was a frequent panelist on the daily Zooms to pray for the peace of Jerusalem during a time of war sponsored by the International Christian Embassy Jerusalem (ICEJ) involving at least 700 worldwide prayer intercessors. We supported financially Israel’s Emergency Services Magen David Adom, Canon Andrew White’s ministry, Revelation TV and Evangelist David Hathaway. One of our trustees, Barbara Dingle, is also a trustee of Magen David Adom UK. FEBRUARY 2025: We participated in a live broadcast at the ICEJ in Jerusalem for worldwide distribution and an ordination service in the USA. Additionally, we made daily social media posts concerning ministry and Bible prophecy. We produced four weekly half-hour video teachings for worldwide distribution. Weekly teaching blogs for our website www.JerusalemChannel.tv and Substack.com. Peter handled daily technicalities while Christine was also a panelist on the daily 4 Zoom to pray for the peace of Jerusalem during a time of war sponsored by the International Christian Embassy Jerusalem (ICEJ) involving at least 700 worldwide prayer intercessors. We supported financially Israel’s Emergency Services Magen David Adom, Canon Andrew White’s ministry, Revelation TV and Evangelist David Hathaway. MARCH 2025: The Dargs participated as delegates in Jerusalem to the Chairman ’s Christian Allies annual conference involving leaders from all over the glove. Additionally, we carried on our regular duties of daily social media posts concerning ministry and Bible prophecy. We produced four weekly half-hour video teachings for worldwide distribution. Weekly teaching blogs for our website www.JerusalemChannel.tv and Substack.com. Frequent participation as a panelist on the daily Zoom to pray for the peace of Jerusalem during a time of war sponsored by the International Christian Embassy Jerusalem (ICEJ) involving at least 700 worldwide prayer intercessors. We supported financially Israel’s Emergency Services Magen David Adom, Canon Andrew White’s ministry, Revelation TV and Evangelist David Hathaway. Christine uploaded an updated version of her book, “50 Gifts of the Holy Spirit” for worldwide distribution APRIL 2025: All of the above activities of weekly blogs and TV shows continued as well as the international Zoom prayer meetings. We held a Passover Seder during Holy Week in Cape Charles, VA We supported financially Israel’s Emergency Services Magen David Adom, Canon Andrew White’s ministry, Revelation TV and Evangelist David Hathaway. MAY 2025: We continued the ministry activities by producing four weekly half hour video teachings for worldwide distribution as well as weekly teaching blogs for our website www.JerusalemChannel.tv and Substack.com. Frequent participation as a panelist on the daily Zoom to pray for the peace of Jerusalem during a time of war sponsored by the International Christian Embassy Jerusalem (ICEJ) involving at least 700 worldwide prayer intercessors. JUNE 2025: Four weekly TV shows and blogs as well as international participation in prayer Zooms with hundreds of participants, many times the Bible teaching led by Christine. JULY 2025: Besides producing four weekly TV shows for international distribution, we also wrote Bible teaching blogs for our website and for Substack.com. We supported financially Israel’s Emergency Services Magen David Adom, Canon Andrew White’s ministry, Revelation TV and Evangelist David Hathaway. AUGUST 2025: In addition to producing four TV shows and many teaching blogs, both Christine and Peter participated in a three-day speaking engagement at the Ashland, VA., Bible Campground. Christine also produced a radio program for Bethlehem radio. We supported financially Israel’s Emergency Services Magen David Adom, Canon Andrew White’s ministry, Revelation TV and Evangelist David Hathaway. SEPTEMBER 2025: We continued the weekly TV broadcasts for international distribution as well as the teaching blogs. We took a tour group to the educational Feast of Tabernacles in Jerusalem, Israel. We supported financially Israel’s Emergency Services Magen David Adom, Canon Andrew White’s ministry, Revelation TV and Evangelist David Hathaway. Christine continued the daily Zoom prayer as often as possible intermittently due to travel. We supported financially Israel’s Emergency Services Magen David Adom, Canon Andrew White’s ministry, Revelation TV and Evangelist David Hathaway. OCTOBER 2025: During the Feast of Tabernacles we held another event at Jerusalem’s Christ Church with speakers and musicians. We continued the teaching blogs and broadcasts that we have been producing for Revelation TV in the UK, Norwegian TV, Alfa Omega TV in Romania, YouTube (60,000 subscribers) and many smart TV platforms. We supported financially Israel’s Emergency 5 Services Magen David Adom, Canon Andrew White’s ministry, Revelation TV and Evangelist David Hathaway. NOVEMBER 2025: In addition to our aforementioned regular activities we produced four new halfhour video teachings; the comments are gratifying, such as “Christine, your messages are always so important and valuable, because nothing beats the truth!! Thank you for all your hard work. I pray the LORD's blessings on your channel, your ministry and your family. Amen to all your sound teachings, and amen to your prayers.” “I look daily for new videos from you. They are a lighthouse to me during these dark times. Thank you!” “I'm so grateful that God has led me to find your channel.”We supported financially Israel’s Emergency Services Magen David Adom, Canon Andrew White’s ministry, Revelation TV and Evangelist David Hathaway. DECEMBER 2025: Produced daily social media, weekly TV shows, weekly blogs, weekly electronic email; Christine is working on a new educational book. We supported financially Israel’s Emergency Services Magen David Adom, Canon Andrew White’s ministry, Revelation TV and Evangelist David Hathaway. ## **Internal and external factors affecting Charity** The trustees have made a full assessment of the internal and external factors that may affect our financial statements. ## **FINANCIAL REVIEW** During the year ended 31 March 2026, net income amounted to £24,275(2025: net expenditure of £6,280) ## **Reserves policy** Recommended practice from the Charity Commission is to have free reserves covering anticipated expenditure for the following six months, which is an aim that the Charity continues to work towards. We are thankful that we were able to meet all operating expenses. Our free reserves at the year end totalled £37,503(2025: £11,580), this equates to four months of annual expenditure. The charity will aim to build reserves to meet the Charity Commission’s recommended six months. ## **Going concern** The trustees have made a full assessment of the internal and external factors that may affect our financial statements, including whether the charity is financially viable for the foreseeable future and have concluded that the charitable company is a going concern. ## **STRUCTURE, GOVERNANCE AND MANAGEMENT** ## **Governing document** The charity is controlled by its governing document, a deed of trust, and constitutes a limited company, limited by guarantee, as defined by the Companies Act 2006, with members’ contributions limited to £1, in the event of the charity being dissolved. The charity was incorporated on 13 March 2001 and is registered with the Charity Commission. Membership of the charity is open to any individual or organisation interested in promoting the charity’s objects and is approved by the Trustees. There shall be a minimum of three and a maximum of ten trustees serving at any one time. 6 ## **Recruitment and appointment of new trustees** All potential trustees shall be checked to ensure that they are eligible to serve under the Charities Act 2011. Further selection will also be based upon the individual’s interest in the ministry and his or her ability make a contribution to the charity’s work. ## **Organisational structure** The Charity currently has 3 trustees who have oversight and control of the ministry worker. Lineen- Trustee 8 ## **Independent Examiner’s Report to the Trustees of Exploits Ministry** I report to the charity trustees on my examination of the accounts of the Company for the year ended 31 March 2026. ## **Responsibilities and basis of report** As the charity’s trustees of the Company(and also its directors for the purposes of company law) you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006(the 2006 Act). Having satisfied myself that the accounts of the Company are not required to be audited under Part 16 of the 2006 Act and are eligible for independent examination, I report in respect of my examination of your charity’s accounts as carried out under section 145 of the Companies Act 2011(the 2011 Act). In carrying out my examination I have followed the directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the 2011 Act. ## Independent examiner’s statement I have completed my examination. I confirm that no matters have come to my attention in connection with the examination giving me cause to believe: 1. Accounting records were not kept in respect of the Company as required by section 386 of the 2006 Act or 2. The accounts do not accord with those records or 3. The accounts do not comply with the accounting requirements of section 396 of the 2006 Act other than any requirement that the accounts give a true and fair view which is not a matter considered as part of the independent examination or 4. The charitable company is entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 for the year ended 31 March 2026. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2026 in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006. ACCOUNTING POLICIES** ## **Basis of preparing the financial statements** The financial statements of the charitable company, which is a public benefit entity under FRS102, have been prepared in accordance with the Charities SORP(FRS102)”Accounting and Reporting by Charities: Statement of Recommended Practice applicable to charities preparing their accounts in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland(FRS102)(effective 1 January 2019”, Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland and the Companies Act 2006. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention. ## **Going concern** The Trustees have considered the future of the organisation in light of the current economic pressures and feel that due to its nature, the income will not be adversely affected; however, if it were, savings in expenditure can be made in the short to medium term. At the year end a surplus was made of £24,400(2025: £6,429 deficit) and cash at bank was £33,865 (2025:£11,730). Due to these factors, the Trustees believe the organisation is a going concern for the foreseeable future or at least twelve months from the date of signing these financial statements. ## **Income** Income is recognised when the charity has entitlement to the funds, any performance conditions attached to the items of income have been met and it is probable that the income will be received and the amount can be measured reliably. Donated professional services and donated facilities are recognised as income when the charity has control over the item, any conditions associated with the donated item have been met, the receipt of economic benefit from the use of the charity is probable and that economic benefit can be measured reliably. Interest on funds held on deposit is included when receivable and the amount can be measured reliably by the charity; this is normally upon notification of the interest paid or payable by the Bank. ## **Expenditure** Liabilities are recognised as expenditure as soon as there is a legal or constructive obligation committing the charity to that expenditure, it is probable that a transfer of economic benefits will be required in settlement and the amount of the obligation can be measured reliably. Expenditure is accounted for on an accruals basis and has been classified under headings that aggregate all cost related to that category. Where costs cannot be directly attributed to particular headings they have been allocated to activities on a basis consistent with the use of resources. Grants offered subject to conditions which have not been met at the year end date are noted as a commitment but not accrued as expenditure. ## **Tangible fixed assets** 13 Depreciation is provided at the following annual rates in order to write off each asset over its estimated useful life. Long leasehold - Over the life of the lease Fixtures and fittings – 15% on reducing balance Computer equipment- 33% on reducing balance ## **Taxation** The charity is exempt from corporation tax on its charitable activities. ## **Fund accounting** Unrestricted funds can be used in accordance with the charitable objectives at the discretion of the trustees. Restricted funds can only be used for particular restricted purposes within the objects of the charity. Restrictions arise when specified by the donor or when funds are raised for particular restricted purposes. Further explanation of the nature and purpose of each fund is included in the notes to the financial statements. ## **Debtors** Trade and other debtors are recognised at the settlement amount due after any trade discount offered. Prepayments are valued at the amount prepaid net of any trade discounts due. ## **Cash at bank and in hand** Cahs at bank and in hand includes cash and short term highly liquid investments with a short maturity of three months or less from the date of acquisition or opening of the deposit or similar account. ## **Creditors and provisions** Creditors and provisions are recognised when the charity has a present obligation resulting from a past event that will probably result in the transfer of funds to a third party and the amount due to settle the obligation can be measured or estimated reliably.
