**Objects:** THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS ("THE OBJECTS") ARE TO PRIMARILY PROVIDE FACILITIES AND ACTIVITIES IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE, PARTICULARLY WITH THE PROVISION OF GAMES, EXERCISES, CRAFTWORK, ARTWORK,AND OTHER SIMILAR ACTIVITIES AND THE PROVISION OF LECTURES AND TALKS, FOR THE GENERAL PUBLIC AT LARGE, PARTICULARLY PERSONS FROM THE AFRICAN CARIBBEAN COMMUNITY OVER THE AGE OF 55.

**Activities:** The association actively engages its 30 members through various activities, including arts and crafts, as well as light exercise classes led by qualified professionals. We prioritize health and well-being within our community and take safeguarding seriously. Our collaboration with medical professionals and local agencies, including the police and fire and rescue services, ensures strong support.
