To provide the opportunity for boys & girls aged 4 ta 17 to play football in
organised leagues and to have their football skills developed by qualified
coaches.

We are a Football As50Giation Standard club that enters boys & girls
teams into organised foolball leagues.
We ensure that our children are trained underthe guidance of coaching
staff who are qualified to FA Level 1 standard. We ensure that all
managers, assistants, coaches and any adult5 that come in to conlact wit
the children are CRB I DBS checked.
We have a football pavilion which houses a funclion room, kitchen and
changing roorns. This is used for foolball meetings plus social events. It
can also be hired out to organisations within our community.

HTJFC managed to secure grants from The Football Foundation lo the
sum of £10.500 enabling the club to invest in pitch improvements

during the year
Girls football is going from strength to strength with both U14 Girls team5
making il to the final of the Wilts FA Cup with U14H led by Dan Waldron
winning overall_ Also our U10 gir15 won their cup in the Oxford Mail Girls
league.
In boys.. the U16 team coathed by Saime Sahin also won the league title

We have no formal policy on reserves. however, we have opened a club
savings account to invest money raised from fundraising, with a view lo
having an All Weather Pitch built in future.
Our target is 1 Ook, total cost expected to be circa 350k. £41k is pledge
only (£1 k Highworth Lions, 20k HTC, 20K Freke Norton Trust)

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above
harity {°Ihe Trust.) for the year ended 3110512022.
Responsibilities and
basis of report
As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of thè
accounts in accordance with the requiremenls of the Charities Act 2011
(￿he Acr).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts Carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examinalion, I
have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission
under section 145(5){b) of the Act.
Independent I have completed my examination. I confirm thal no material matters have
examiner's statement come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me
cause to believe that in, any material respect-.
the accounting records were not kept in accordanc8 wilh sedion 130
of the Charities Act-, or
the accounts did not accord with the accounting re¢ords' or
the accounts did not comply with the applicable requirements
oncerning the fomi and content of accounts set out in the Charities
(Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any requirement
that the accounts give a 'true and fair, view which is not a matter
considered as part of an independent examination.
I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection
with the examination to which attention should be drawn in this report in
