Having salisfSed myself that the accounts of the Company ar8 not requir8d lo be audi18d under Part 16 of tha 2006Act and
are eligible for independent examination, I report in respect of my examination of your charlly's accounts carried oul under
section 145 of the Charilies Act 2011 I'lhe 2011 Acl'l. In carrying out my examination I havo 1011owod the Directions given by
the Charity Commi55ion under section 14515llbl of the 2011 Acl.
