It includes one large Hall complete with stage at one end and a fully operative kitchen at the other, plus a smaller meeting room upstairs. The Hall is available for all charitable functions and for use by local groups, sporting clubs, dance clubs and the like.

Objects: The Bromyard Public Hall Together With Such Other Property As May Be Acquired By The Trustees (hereinafter Called "the Trust Property") Shall Be Held Upon Trust For The Purposes Of A Village Hall For The Use Of The Inhabitants Of The Parish Of Bromyard In The County Of Herefordshire (hereinafter Called 'the Area Of Benefit') Without Distinction Of Political, Religious Or Other Opinions, Including Use Of The Property For Meetings, Lectures And Classes Or Other Forms Of Recreation And Leisure Time Occupation With The Object Of Improving The Conditions Of Life For The Said Inhabitants.
