The charity's tiustees are iesponsible for the prepaiation of the accounts. The charity's
tI￿SteeS considei. that an audit Is not required for this yeai. undei. section 144 of the
Charities Act 2011 (the Charities Act) and that an independent examination is needed.
It is my responsibility to:
Examine the accounts under section 145 of the Charities Act
To follow the pioceduiES laid down in the general Direction given by the chai'ity
Commission (under section 145 (5) (b) of the Chai'ities Act, and
To state whether particular matters have come to my attention.

endent Examiner's Statement
My examination was caiTied out in accordance with geiieral Directions given by the
Charity Commission. An examination include a review of the accouiiting recoi'ds kept by
the chaiity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those iECOI'ds. It also includes
consideration of any iinusual items or disclosures in the accounts, and seeking explanations
from the trustees coiiceming any such matters. The procedui'es undertaken do not provide
all the evidence that would be required in an audit, and consequently no opinion is given as
to whetheL' the account present a 'true and t'air, view and the i'eport is limited to those
matters set out in the statement below.

In connection with my examination, no material matters have come to my attention which
gives me cause to believe that in, any matei'ial respect:
Accounting recoi'ds were not kept in accoi'dance with section 130 of the Cliai'ities
Act oi.
The accounts do not accord with the accounting i'ecords.
I have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to which attention
should be drawn in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached,
