Objects: To Provide Recreational Activities Both Indoors And Outdoors For Young People Aged Between 12 And 21 Years Of Age, Resident And About The Poulton-Le-Fylde Area Of Lancashire (Hereinafter Called The "Area Of Benefit") The Association Will Provide And Maintain A Centre And Facilities Whereby Such Young People Can Readily Enjoy Their Own Company In A Drug And Alcohol Free Environment And Can Also Enjoy Recreational Activities Individually And In Groups
