Objects: 1) The Advancement Of Levels Of Education By: -A) The Establishment Of Resource Centres, Which Will Act As Any Or All Of The Following: - I) A Lending Library Where Books, Toys And Other Educational Materials Can Be Borrowed For Use By Children Or Adults Working With Children.ii) A Reference Library Where Teachers Can Access Materials And Equipment To Create Their Own Resourcesiii) A Place Where Children Who Have Missed A Lot Of Schooling Can Be Given Individual Helpiv) A Place Where Adults Wishing To Further Their Education Can Access Library Facilities And Can Receive Help If Requiredor V) Will Fulfil Any Other Function Which The Trustees Deem To Be Consistent With The Main Objectb) The Provision Of Funds To Assist Communities To Build Or Rent Necessary Classrooms, When Funds Are Not Available From Any Other Sourcec) The Provision Of Funds To Build Resource Centres, Where No Alternative Accommodation Is Available And To Maintain Buildings Provided By The Community For The Establishment Of A Resource Centre.d) The Provision Of Funds To Pay Subsistence Allowances And Travel/health Insurance Premiums, Where Necessary And At The Discretion Of The Trustees, To Enable Volunteers From Britain And Particularly South Wales And Lancashire, To Initiate Projects Or Assist Communities In Any Existing Educational Establishment Or Project.e) The Provision Of Funds To Individual Schools Where There Is A Special Need Or Where A Donor Has Requested That Their Money Be Used In That Way.f) The Provision Of Bursaries, At The Discretion Of The Trustees, To Enable Young People And Adults Without Financial Means, Who Live In Rural Communities In South Africa To Access Further Education.g) The Forging Of Links Between Schools In South Africa And The United Kingdom. 2) To Alleviate Poverty In Rural Areas By: -A) The Provision Of Funds (donation Or Interest Free Loan) Or Personnel, To Initiate Small Sustainable Projects Which Will Generate Income In Poor Communities With Few Employment Opportunities.b) The Provision Of Funds To Enable Individuals To Receive Training Which Will Benefit A Project In Their Community Or In General.c) The Provision Of Funds To Attract Projects Which Will Bring Water, Electricity Or Toilet Facilities To A Community.d) The Provision Of Information Regarding Welfare Benefits And The Loan Of Funds To Enable Those Entitled To Benefit, To Purchase The Legal Evidence Necessary To Obtain Their Entitlement.e) Any Means Which The Trustees Deem To Be Consistent With The Objects And Ethos Of The Charity.
