(A) The Trustees May Relieve Persons In Need By: (1) Making Grants Of Money To Them; Or (11) Providing Or Paying For Goods, Services Or Facilities For Them; Or (111) Making Grants Of Money To Other Persons Of Bodies Who Provide Goods, Services Or Facilities To Those In Need. (B) In Exceptional Cases The Trustees May Decide To Assist Someone (Who Is Otherwise Qualified) Who Is: (1) Resident Outside The Area Of Benefit; Or (11) Only Temporarily Resident In The Area Of Benefit.(2) The Repair And Maintenance Of St Lawrence's Church, Brafield On The Green.(3) For Such Charitable Purposes For The General Benefit Of Inhabitants Of The Parish As Thetrustees, At Their Discretion, Think Fit; Applications Should Always Be Supplementary To The Reliefor Assistance Provided From Public Funds And Not To Serve To Act In Relief Of Rates, Taxes Orother Public Funds.
