Th8 Aisling Project is a Company Limlted by Guarantee and not having shared capital and
was established on 20, November 2000.
The Trusl comprises the Chairman, Board of Trustees and Ihe Secretary. The Board of
Trustees are inhabitants of London who bring together a broad range of expertise and an
awareness of the needs of the local Irish community. The trustees meet every 3 months or
as business dictates.

The Trustees are aware of the relevant changes in legislation and financial procedures and
understand Ihe requirements and guidelines relating to the performance of Irustees. Any
further training is arranged as required.

The charitable obj8Ctive5 of the Trust are..
al. Aisling is established for the rellef of poverty distress and sickness of people of Irish
origln who are homeless, isolated or othe￿1$e vulnerable and for the advancement of
education of such persons.
bl. Aisling provides support8d holldays In Ireland for long-lerm Irish emigrants living in
London who require assistance lo become reacquainted with their homeland and their
frlends and family.
c). Aisling gives advice and assistance lo long-16rm Irish emlgrants living in London who
Wlsh to resettle in Ireland.
Thes8 objectives are achieved Ihrough the consideration of the management committee at
the periodic meetings of the Trustees.
The Truslees confirm that they have referred to the guldanGe of Companies House general
guidance on public benefit when reviewing th8 Trusls aims and objeGlives in planning future
activities and setting policlas.
