Raising funds to assist in major projects carried out to sustain St Mary's Church, a Grade 1 Listed building, a worship space for the Church of England and the URC. It is also used extensively as a performing arts venue and supports programmes for young people. Money is raised from a range of external funds and its own local fundraising.
Objects: A) For The Advancement Of The Christian Religion By Restoring Preserving Repairing Maintaining Improving And Developing St Mary's Church Banbury As A Place Of Worship.b) The Provision In The Interests Of Social Welfare Of Facilities For Recreation And Leisure Time Occupation With The Object Of Improving The Conditions Of Life Of The Inhabitants Of Banbury.
