**Activities:** SDVT Bannerfund is involved in all aspects of coal mining heritage in the areas of Seaham and the wider community of County Durham. We have renovated and conserve local miners banners for parade and exhibition to the public. We work with schools and children to raise awareness of our coal mining heritage including local mining history, song, dance, poetry and music, the life of miners.
