## **Structure, Governance and Management**
The charity is constituted as a Trust and governed by a Declaration of Trust and the National Foursquare Constitution.
Trustees are appointed by the existing trustees and are ratified by the Church membership.
## **Objectives**
a) The advancement of the Christian faith in accordance with our Statement of Faith. b) The relief of the poor, aged, sick and those in conditions of hardship or distress.
c) Such other charitable purpose as the Trustees may from time to time determine.
## **Activities and Achievements During the Reporting Period**
## _General_
Church gatherings and discipleship continued across three locations - Kenton, Dunstable, and Manchester - with additional online gatherings via Zoom.
The Church community also enjoyed a weekend away at Denham Grove Hotel, which provided time for fellowship, teaching, and worship.
## _Missions and Outreach_
A highlight of 2024 was the mission trip to Kenya, where:
- 350 children** were provided with a special meal.
- A professional sewing machine was purchased to train girls in income-generating skills.
- An inter-denominational church leadership conference was held for over 100 pastors.
Short-term mission trips also took place in Scotland and Albania.
During the Christmas season, the Church partnered with the national “Shine Your Light” movement to share the message of Christmas in local communities.
Further outreach initiatives were conducted at Dunstable town centre weekend markets and Harrow Mall.

## _Membership_
Membership grew in the Dunstable and Manchester congregations. There were no changes in leadership during the reporting period.
The Kenton service continued in Sinhala, while Dunstable services remained in English
## _Training_
Leadership and discipleship training were prioritised through:
- Guest speakers invited both in-person and online from overseas.
- Regular discipleship sessions every Thursday night under the “Jesus Disciple” program.
## **Financial Review**
Income for the year was £40,867 and total expenditure was £41,479. Restricted funds include an amount of £4,388 that is held on behalf of our Manchester congregation.
The trustees declare that they have approved the Trustees' Report above.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 31/12/2024, set out on pages 4-5.
Charity Number: 1084921
## **Responsibilities and basis of report**
As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
## **Independent examiner's statement**
I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect:
a) accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of the Act or
b) the accounts do not accord with the accounting records
I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to which attention should be drawn in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
