Section C Objectives and activities The object of the Charity shall be to advance the Ravidassia religion in accordance with the teachings and principles of Shri Guru Ravidas Ji, without restriction as to any particular mode of worship and for that purpose to provide and maintain a temple for worship ('the Gurdwara"). The main activities of the Gurdwara is to further advance the teachings of Guru Ravidas Ji through regular worship. At the Gurdwara the Holy Book used in worship is the Shri Gursikhya Sahib or such other book. We open the Gurdwara every Sunday for worship as well as open on specific religious events such as Guru Ravidas Ji's birthday, Diwali etc. As well as this we hold religious weddings based upon our Holy Book and birthday celebrations for members who wish to share their day with Guru Ji and the congregation. As a charity we do not have any source of income and all money is generated from donations from the congregation and collections done by the committee members. Additional details of objectives and activities (Optional infomiation) The Gurdwara has zero employees and all the Gurdwara management team are volunteers, from General Secretary to the President, All the congregation volunteer to help when the Gurdwara is open in its daily operational issue. This is all called Seva and is a key tenant of our Guru's teaching. Section D Achievements and performance 2025 has been a year concentrating on the new building for the Gurdwara. The Gurdwara has been gotng through a full demolition and rebuild over the past few years. In 2025 we have been concentrating on finlshing touches and has been a hard year due to finical constraints.
