**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE COMPANY SHALL BE TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF PEOPLE FROM MINORITY ETHNIC COMMUNITIES WHO HAVE SUFFERED FROM DOMESTIC ABUSE INCLUDING OTHER FORMS OF VIOLENCE BY THE PROVISION OF TEMPORARY ACCOMMODATION IN WALES AND TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF SUCH PEOPLE, AND TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC CONCERNING THE NEEDS OF SUCH PEOPLE ALSO TOPROVIDE SPECIALIST SUPPORT TO PEOPLE AND THEIR CHILDREN FROM MINONTY ETHNIC COMMUNITIES

**Activities:** Provides Wales wide services including the provision of temporary accommodation for all victims of abuse, violence and exploitation. Specialises in providing services for people from black and minority ethnic communities and their children, who have suffered from or at risk of Domestic Abuse, Forced Marriage, Honour Based Violence, Female Genital Mutilation, Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking.
