**Objects:** TO RELIEVE DISABLED PERSONS IN TORQUAY PROVIDING FACILITIES, IN PARTICULAR WHEELCHAIRS BOTH BATTERY DRIVEN AND MANUAL, BATTERY DRIVEN SCOOTERS AND OTHER SIMILAR EQUIPMENT WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR MOBILITY AND CONDITIONS OF LIFE.

**Activities:** Hire of wheelchairs and electric scooters to enable people with disabilities at access town centre services.The Constitution of the Charity was amended in 2004 to encompass activities within the Torbay local authority area generally.  This enabled the group to operate in the Brixham area where a separate shop had been set up.   The name of the charity was officially amended to reflect this.
