I report to the trustees on my examlnatlon of the accounts of the above charity 1.the Trust") for the
year ended 31st December 2020.

with the requirements of the Charities Art 20 11 {"the Act")-
I report in respect of my examinatlon of Trusys accounts carried out under section 145 01
the 2011 Act and In carrylng out my examination. I have followed all rhe applicable Directions
glven by the Charity Commisslon uThaer sectlon L45{5)(b) of the Act.
My examination included a review of the accounting records kept by the organi5ation, and a
cornpanson of the accounts presented with those records. It also included consideration of any
unusual rtems or dlsclosures In the accounts, and seeklng explanations from the trustees
concerning any such mattcrs. Thc proccdures undertaken do rK)t provbde all the evidence that
would be required in an audlt and, consequently, I do not express full 4yJdlt opinlon on the vlew
given by the accounts.

I have completed my examination. I confirm that no matenal matters have come to my attention in
connertlon with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respett:
